As I leave Chris, who has discovered a brightly animated and somewhat shocking new computer game, and others at the boisterous drop-in center, I reflect on how the people there make me glad to be alive.  I seriously doubt, had I never developed a mental illness, that I would have been able to find an activity as meaningful and rewarding.
