We need feedback. After reading our tiny FAQ, do you agree with our stance and perceptions? Is there anything you think we could be doing better? Please post on the board or send us an email. We'd really love to hear from you. And if you are doing something similar in your community, we need to know! |
Consumers: We're looking for consumers who might like to explore advocacy with us and perhaps even take part in EFHM's Computer Empowerment Program. Advocacy can involve emailing a political leader or simply becoming informed about the medications we are prescribed. Technology can help in our journey of empowerment, and we'd love to discuss how consumers may become connected to our information society. |
Decision-makers: We want to work with you in addressing the needs of the mental health consumer community. We can provide helpful data, learn from what you can share, and perhaps offer ideas that help you perform your role. |
Service providers: We want to help you get the resources you need to do what you love to do, and do it well. We want to increase the level of trust between providers and clients. The better we can understand each other's perspective, the better you can serve us. There is not enough discussion right now. |
General public: Though we have the consumer's concerns primarily in mind, we encourage everyone to get involved. Family members, for example, have helped to bring our movement to where it stands today, and we are grateful. Let's all work together in crafting a future of diversity and tolerance. |
